UAE/Qatar/Saudi/Oman/Bahrain/Kuwait, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Macau, Mauritius, Seychelles, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, etc.) does not include Bangladesh, so Bangladeshi passport holders must obtain a full Visitor Visa exactly as the current record states. However, the visa fee itself has risen substantially: the official INZ Fees Guide now lists the Visitor Visa 'Band C' (rest of world, incl. Bangladesh) online application fee as NZD 300 + NZD 41 Immigration Levy = NZD 341, plus the mandatory International Visitor Levy (IVL) of NZD 100 (unchanged) = NZD 441 total — up from NZD 211 + NZD 100 IVL = NZD 311 total in the prior DB record.

NZ Student Visa for full-time accredited course (typically 12 weeks+). Auckland (UoA, AUT), Wellington (Victoria), Christchurch (Canterbury), Otago, Massey, Lincoln main universities. Includes 20 hrs/week part-time work rights during study, unlimited during scheduled breaks.
