Overview
Visa required for Bangladeshi nationals. Official Belize Immigration Dept. fee schedule (in effect since May 2020) places Bangladesh in the higher-fee nationality bracket together with India, Nepal, Thailand, Myanmar, Pakistan & Sri Lanka: Single-entry visa (6-month validity) BZD 750 (~USD 375); Multiple-entry visa (12-month validity) BZD 1,000 (~USD 500) — far above the generic USD 200/300 charged to most other nationalities. A separate repatriation fee of BZD 1,200 (~USD 600) is also payable on arrival by nationals of this same bracket, and additional immigration 'clearance' is required for Bangladeshi applicants. Apply at the nearest Belizean diplomatic/consular mission (Belize has no mission in Bangladesh). Holders of a valid multiple-entry US/Canada visa, US/Canada PR card, or Schengen visa are exempt for stays up to 30 days.
Visa types: Tourist Visa (sticker); Business Visa; Work Permit; Student Visa; QRP (Qualified Retired Persons); Resident; Transit. Apply at Belize High Commission London (no embassy in South Asia — Belize Honorary Consulate in India). eVisa being rolled out.
